The Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) hereby wishes to notify companies that have registered on the National Database of Contractors and whose Interim Registration Report (IRR) expired on January 01, 2016 that they are expected to renew their IRR for validity.

To renew the IRR, you are expected to login to the BPP Contractor Database ( or through the link ''Contractor Registration'' on the BPP website ( with your login details (Temporary Contractor ID and Password). After login, click on the button ''Generate Interim Registration Report'' and follow the procedure for the generation and printing of the current, valid IRR (Download the Procedure below).

The Bureau wishes to CLARIFY that:

1.  The renewal of the IRR does not entail another registration or update of existing records. The Bureau HAS NOT commenced renewal/update of submitted records yet. The update and upgrade will be done after classification and companies will be duly notified appropriately.

2.  Contractors are expected to continue to use the IRR as 'Evidence of Registration' with BPP for any bidding while the Bureau carries out thorough verification of their claims as submitted.

3.  Successfully verified companies will subsequently be issued a 'Certificate' and a 'Permanent ID'. The Bureau has successfully classifed First Batch of the verified companies in May, 2015. Verification exercise for companies in the Second Batch has been concluded and the Bureau will soon release the list of the classified companies. Other companies will be classified in subsequent batches.
