Miss Inebhar Oru of the Legal Unit at the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) was one of four participants adjudged to have performed excellently in a course in Legislative Drafting recently run by the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in Lagos.

12 law officers from the nation’s anti-corruption agencies attended the six-month course for the post-graduate diploma of the institute. Their participation was sponsored by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) under the “Support to Anti-Corruption. In Nigeria” project.

Miss Oru, from Otuoke in Bayelsa State, studied law at Niger Delta University (NDU) in Amasama, Wilberforce Island, Bayelsa State, graduating in 2007. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011. She joined the services of the Bureau in 2012.
