REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (REOI)

Project: Assessment of the Public Procurement Systems of Nigeria using the Methodology for Assessing Procurement Systems (MAPS).

The Federal Government of Nigeria, through the Bureau of Public Procurement, Nigeria (BPP), is undertaking an assessment of Nigeria’s public procurement system using the Methodology for Assessing Procurement Systems (MAPS), with support from the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) under the Public Procurement Technical Assistance Project (PPTAP).
The assessment will provide an evidence-based diagnostic of the strengths and weaknesses of Nigeria’s public procurement system and support the identification and prioritisation of reforms aimed at strengthening the efficiency, transparency, accountability and overall performance of public procurement in Nigeria.
