In continuation of the Bureau’s training programme for conversion into the Procurement Cadre to build institutional capacity as enshrined in Part II, Section 5(k) and (s) of the Public Procurement Act, 2007, and the decision of the Federal Government’s to create Procurement Cadre in the Federal Civil Service, the Procurement Online Conversion Registration (POCR) is designed to enable the shortlisted nominated candidates for conversion to procurement cadre register their details and conduct pre-training exercise. This portal is open to all Procurement Officers in Federal Parastatals, Agencies, Institutions and Commissions aspiring to be converted to the Procurement Cadre.
